Lighting System

Lighting devices would be controlled by not just a switch but with more sensors collaborated.

This system will be more effective under KNX technology adopted with ability to control On/Off or even Dim corresponding to sensor measurements such as presence detector checking zone occupation or brightness sensor to balance between natural light through building and artificial light generated etc.

Lighting System comprises of:

Air conditioner & ventilation system automatic controlled to improving indoor air quality.

Indoor air control is now able to control not just temperature, humidity which is basically from air conditioner, but ventilation and CO2 control are in addition. Wall-mounted switch with displayed screen will help user to see updated status of air conditioner being used.

Sensor technology has been much more developed in air quality measurement. Nowadays, Air conditioning room using split type A/C might contain carbon dioxide over standard. Ventilation fan is simply introduced to exchange fresh air into closed air conditioning room.

Curtain & Blinds

Motorized curtain & blinds controlled by switch, sensors or even remote devices.

Curtain & blinds for door & window driven by electric motor and controlled by switch either communicating via KNX bus or conventional household electricity. Furthermore, they can be controlled by measurement sensors for example blinds to fully open once high windy detected while windows open and the blinds close. This system comprises of:

  • Curtain
    Selection of fabric cut hold by rings and runners sliding along specific designed rail by electric motor and belt hidden inside the rail. The rail can be bent to suit window and door line. Rail divided into 2 types, rectangle section and circular section.

  • Roller, Roman and Venetian Blinds
    Suitable electric motor installed inside driven tube or rod to control up/down or open/close of it. The updated blinds position is transmitted to controlling device presented as percentage position.

  • Roof Curtain
    This is suitable for glass roof focusing on introducing natural light into the building. With brightness sensor, it can be automatically open once low brightness outside of the building detected in case cloudy or in the sunshade area.
